Maxwell contactor specific analysis of dynamic process results

The analysis results show that the input voltage is a sinusoidal change process, while the current value in the coil is voltage/resistance with a hysteresis effect in its phase at a later stage due to the effect of inductance, while the dynamic iron core has a significant drop in its current value after closure due to its increased electromagnetic field strength and enhanced inductance. As shown in the figure above.

The force on the moving core changes accordingly with the change of current, but with the closing of the moving core, after the magnetic field strength increases, the current value decreases, but the magnetic field force increases significantly, as shown in the red line in the figure
