RK3588 development board RK3588 EVB and RK3588S EVB interpretation of Rexchip Micro
Rexchip’s flagship core RK3588 series development boards have received a lot of attention and inquiries from our developer partners. For the relevant development board features, operating instructions and other issues, we look at the answer together with the Rexchip development engineer Damon.
The two products of RK3588 development board are RK3588 EVB and RK3588S EVB. RK3588 EVB is mainly for ARM PC, NVR, server, IPC, large screen display device and other AIoT industry applications; RK3588S EVB is for high-end tablet, AR/VR, personal mobile Internet devices and other consumer electronic products.
RK3588 EVB: High performance Multi-interface
RK3588 EVB uses RK3588 chip, RK806-2 dual PMIC power supply scheme; storage using LPDDR4X, eMMC; there are 2xHDMI TX, 1xHDMI RX, MIPI TX, VGA, SATA, PCIe30x4, TYPEC, 2xRJ45 and other peripheral interfaces, the size of 18cmX18cm

2.RK3588S EVB: thinner and lighter consumer grade
RK3588S EVB adopts RK3588S chip, for the performance requirements of consumer applications and product structure design requirements, RK3588S EVB is optimized in the interface and development board size, the size of 20cmX14cm, suitable for high-end tablet, AR/VR, personal mobile Internet devices and other products
