Display screen is divided into many types: outdoor, indoor; soft screen, hard screen; strip screen, grille, etc., storage and protection are different.
Storage LED display needs to pay attention to the following eight points.
1, the location where the box is to be placed needs to be cleaned and laid with pearl cotton.
2, LED display is strictly forbidden to clutter stacking modules or stacking more than 10 sheets. Module stacking, light surface relative placement and the use of pearl cotton for isolation.
3, LED display box placement is recommended to place the lamp face up flat, such as the number of too many need to stand to pay special attention to protection, vibration is prohibited in the location of the stand.
4, the display case should be lightly held and lightly placed, the rear side of the landing first and then the lamp surface on the ground, to prevent injuries.
5, all staff in handling or installation, must be with a cordless anti-static hand ring.
6, LED display storage place to ensure dry, ventilated, sunlight-free place.
7, the handling of the box should be lifted, not on the ground to push or drag away, so as not to uneven ground caused by the bottom module damage. The box should be kept in balance during the lifting process, and should not swing and rotate in the air. When installing the box or module, it should be taken lightly and not thrown.
8, LED display products such as the need for adjustment, the use of soft rubber hammer to hit the metal part of the box, is strictly prohibited to hit the module. It is strictly prohibited to squeeze, collision and other acts between modules. Gaps, positioning abnormalities, etc., the use of hard objects such as hammers to hit the box and module is strictly prohibited, you can pick up the box to exclude foreign objects and try again.
