How to determine whether the LCD panel is 8bit or 6bit

1、At present, most of the commonly used LCDs are driven by 6bit for high speed (12ms or less) and 8bit for low speed (20ms or more). Because the processing speed of 6bit is much higher than 8bit (64 times). And the display marked with 16.2M or 16M color is 6bit. The one marked 16.7M is the real 8bit.

  Note! A 6bit panel will never be able to display a single point of grayscale 2 color points! It can only use dithering to simulate the processing of large blocks of colors.
