With the transition to distanced learning and computational research being done at home in response to COVID-19 – the BEEAM team was a tad concerned about how we would maintain engagement and learning in such rapidly changing times. However, the interns in our BEEAM 2020 Summer Cohort have risen to the occasion and beyond!

This week, we had the pleasure of listening to the BEEAM interns, Faith Rounds, David Wasserman, Tiber Dalton, Yasmerlin Ortega, and Avery Rose Nolan, present to an audience of family, friends, teachers, and fellow researchers the progress they have made in various research projects in mechanical and biological engineering. To learn more about our 2020 Interns, please see their testimonials (and introductions) below!

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who was able to BEEAM End of Summer Research Symposium and Celebration! We look forward to continuing this work in the Fall.
