2018 M-CELS Workshop

The 2018 M-CELS Workshop brought together a wide range of international, multidisciplinary researchers to explore the responsible and ethical creation of engineered biological machines. This workshop led to the formation of groups to develop a set of design principles for M-CELS and a code of ethics to guide researchers in considering the potential societal implications of our work.
